We want you to be able to call us in confidence. This is why we offer a 12 month warranty on our work and material in the event of unforeseeable circumstances and offer protection in the interest of our customers.

Additional Information
One hour minimum charge and then 30 minute increments
Cancellation fee for call outs are £60 +VAT during working hours and £80 +VAT out of hours. Disclaimer: The call handler does not need to inform you in advanced of cancellation fees
Payment to be completed upon completion of the work with the technicians card machine or with the call handler
Deposit for high cost material may be required for priced jobs upfront
Fixed rate prices are excluding VAT and can be provided verbally, over the phone or in person, or in writing upon request
We stock many common parts in our vans so that majority of visits can be completed within the initial visit for minimal disruption. Where parts are not in stock, we limit our rates for collection of parts at a maximum of 45 minutes for that visit
Emergency call out charge is only ever charged once for a job
Invoices are digital and include a breakdown of our charges. Insurance reports are charged at the relevant trade hourly rate
We do not surcharge for card payments except American Express
